STEPHEN E. SCHERER is a member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

CHRISTOPHER T. BRADFORD is a past president of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and is a former Trustee of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Bradford has presented Continuing Education of the Bar seminars for both associations in the areas of taxation, business entity formation and estate planning. Mr. Bradford is also a Fellow of the National Conference of Bar Presidents.

RONALD W. LYSTER is a Certified Taxation Law Specialist (Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California) and a licensed California Real Estate Broker. He is a member of the American Bar Association (committees include Real Property, Probate & Trust and Taxation), and the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Lyster has also presented several seminars on a variety of legal topics.
